Urban Elites Capital Forum sponsored by Pacific Economic Cooperation Council (PECC) was held in the second meeting room of International Conference Center of Tsinghua Science Park on March 27. Vice president of Tuspark Co., Ltd. Chen Hongbo delivered a speech at the forum. Guests who delivering speeches at the forum, were Jiang Chengzong, the secretary-general of PECC and director of the United Nations Association of China, Feng Jiaqiang, director of China session of Singapore Economy Development Bureau (EDB), Pan Jun, director of Small and Medium Enterprise Working Group (SME-WG) of PECC Industrial and Commercial Committee.

President Chen briefly introduced the remarkable achievements of Tsinghua Science Park in more than 10 years. He pointed out that as a pioneer of Chinese university science park, Tsinghua Science Park has been committed itself to incubating start-up enterprises, commercializing technical inventions and training pioneering talents from the very beginning, it has established itself as an important base for national innovative system and effective platform for independent innovation by way of continual exploration and improvement of independent innovation service system. More than 400 enterprises have headquartered or settled in Tuspark, including the research center of P&G, SUN etc, NASDAQ listed companies such as Google and SOHU, domestic large-scale high-tech enterprises and research organization, technical small and medium sized enterprises, as well as various intermediary service organization etc. In the near future, Tuspark will continue to carry out and push forward the “Four Integrations” model with a view to fostering the core-technology equipped large scale high-tech enterprises.
